

HonorTopic of the day: Honor. Is it an actual trait/belief or is it just an ideal that has never really existed? Were there times when people adhered to a moral code and really truly believed in it? In the English language, honor is in fact stated as a noun, an actual substantial force. It is defined as honesty, fairness, or integrity in one's beliefs and actions. So from here, where does one draw the lines to shape this entity? Can a criminal be honorable if he states in all honesty who and what he is, is fair in his commitance of his crimes, (as a serial killer who kills unbiased and randomly), and bears his sins with integrity? Beauty, Order, ChaosBeauty is a funny thing, always different to each person's perspective, and while many people can agree on something being beautiful they will usually state different reasons. To a further extent, the things one may find beautiful tend to change with your maturation, for now at the age of seventeen I look into the candy shop and what would once have been an amazing display of godliness to me now is passed over quickly to turn my gaze to an attractive girl walking by.
